Instrumental Colorimetric Analysis
The sampling method is the same as the CHEMets method, but rather than comparing results visually, the user places the filled ampoule in the cell holder of an instrument. Vacu-vials are 13mm wide and can be used in conjunction with a CHEMetrics instrument or your existing Spectrophotometer using the concentration vs transmittance table that is part of the kit. The picture below shows a vacu-vial being used in conjunction with the CHEMetrics V-2000 multi-analyte photometer.
