We provide a wide variety of colorimetric water analysis testing kits for a wide variety of ranges and analytes. These portable kits come in both visual and photometric forms and are based on the patented vacuum sealed glass ampoule, allowing test procedures to be simplified and test results to be obtained faster and more accurately than traditional methods.

The ampoules contain a pre-measured quantity of reagent, and using the vacuum, a specific volume of sample is drawn into the ampoule. The test chemistry is self-contained inside the ampoule. No mess, no mixing, no measuring, no time consuming test preparation. Minimal exposure to chemicals and reagents. Convenience of use and speedy test results obtained in one to two minutes. Minimisation of human error normally associated with measuring and mixing both reagents and samples for every test. The vacuum ensures that the reagent is kept fresh and stable.

Each kit contains 30 ampoules for 30 tests, and additional refill packs of 30 ampoules are available for each kit (the only exception is Sulphite in Wine which comes in packs of 10 ampoules for convenience.)

There are two types of visual kit, CHEMets for low to medium range and VACUettes for high range visual colourimetric analysis. A third kit type is available, Titrets, for titrimetric analysis for analytes such as Hardness and Alkalinity. Finally, a photometric kit is available, Vacu-vials, where digital read outs are preferred and for ease of use with slightly coloured water samples. Vacu-vials require the use of a photometer or spectrophotometer. We also supply instruments, such as the V-2000 Multi-Analyte Photometer for use with Vacu-vials and COD vials.
