Environment Agency

The environmental public body for England and Wales. The EA is the executive non-departmental public body responsible to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs; and a Welsh Government Sponsored Body responsible to the Minister for Environment and Sustainable Development. Northern Ireland:

NIEA - Northern Ireland Environment Agency

NIEA, part of Northern Ireland Executive's Department of Environment, is Northern Ireland's environmental regulatory body, and works to protect, conserve and promote the natural environment and built heritage for the benefit of present and future generations.

Republic of Ireland:

EPA - Environmental Protection Agency for the Republic of Ireland

Environmental regulatory body for Ireland, responsible for air, land and soil, water, climate, waste, nature, environment & wellbeing and sustainable economy.
